 Confidential Resume Review

Screening & Selection of Candidate Resumes - Several SMR clients have taken advantage of our industry experience and knowledge by requesting that we review resumes and identify candidates whose experience and background presented meet the requirements of their search effort.

This service is usually preformed in connection with the confidential collection of resumes through SMR and does not involve any interaction with candidates, interviews or verification of information submitted.

Advantages include: 

·    An experienced subject matter expert will review and sort the responses.

·    Assists limitedly funded HR staffing groups to achieve their objective.

·    Provides needed assistance and support to a security function.

Can provide an early  warning to the organization if the job specification or search advertisement is not going to achieve the desired results.

Confidential Resume Collection 

SMR will perform the confidential collection of resumes and letters of interest on behalf of your firm.  Some of the advantages to your organization are:

·      Posting and distribution of your requirements will be industry focused.

·      Clients may direct their own advertising efforts to our mailing, fax and/or E-mail response addresses. 

·      As a value added addition to this service, we ensure that client requirements are given wide exposure within the security community and to key security executives.
